Return & Refund Policy
Our Returns policy lasts for 30 days, which means you can request a return after receiving the product in this period. We hope our customers to be 100% thrilled with the products we sell and the service we provide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Notes about Returns & Exchanges
Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged, or received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and attach a photo or video so that we can quickly evaluate the problem and correct it.
1. Solutions of receiving products with Defect/Damage & Wrong Products
a. Without affecting the use, we can refund 10-20% of the product defect level, and give a 20% coupon for the next purchase as an apology.
b. If you need a full refund or exchange, we can arrange a full refund or re-delivery.
Note: We are not responsible for man-made damage.
2. Shipping Fee Declaration
a. If the products are defective, damaged or received the wrong products, we are responsible for the returning shipping cost and will provide the return label.
b. If the return is for customers' personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.
3. Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items
a. Perishable, customized and personal care products.
b. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
c. Special offers or gift cards.
How to Returns & Refund
1. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please kindly provide your order information & proof of pictures/videos of damaged products.
2. Our customer service will process your return request within 3 business days. Please wait with patience.
3. If your return request is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send the package. After sending the package out, please kindly inform us of the tracking number.
4. After receiving the package, we will check the goods and information within 3 business days.
5. Once the check is passed, the refund will be automatically issued through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take 5-7 business days to process and mail the refund.
Note: We do not accept items sent back to us without a prior request for return, and please do not easily return the goods to the address on the shipping bill, otherwise it will affect your return processing.
